If you receive a 130 database error while processing images, there are 3 likely reasons.
1. All Database seats are currently occupied.
2. RedBack is offline.
3. The DocType listed does not support all the indexed fields sent to the server.
To resolve the error check to make sure there are database seats available and RedBack is online and running. This will be the case 99% of the time.
If this is not the case, check the DocType being processed. Is it a new DocType? If so, check to make sure all the fields listed are supported on the form. If this is a DocType that has been used many times in the past, recheck to make sure it is not a seat count issue and RedBack is running.
